Antico Podere Canucciola is a property of about 9 hectares (over 22 acres), 3 hectares (about 15 acres) host the olive grove and 6 hectares (about 7 acres) host the main house, the Guest Cottages, and woods. Each Guest Cottaqe hosts a deluxe suite for two, so Antico Podere Canucciola can accommodate a total of six guests. This limited occupancy ensures absolute quiet, privacy, and the exclusive use of the facilities.
Of the three suites, one is a free standing cottage close to the pool area, on the north side of the property garden, while two are semidetached cottages made out of what used to be a barn, now fully and stylishly restored, close to the orchard, on the south-west side of the property garden.
Each suite is furnished to the highest standards and decorated with minimalistic elegance and it features:
- a private entrance
- a (furnished) private sundeck out of view
- a lounge / living room area
- a double bedroom
- an ensuite bathroom with mosaic tiles
- a minibar
- an ipod / mp3 docking station
